Tumor model studies

The need for accurate patient derived xenograft (PDX) models used in preclinical efficacy studies has risen as personalized medicine (also called precision medicine) becomes the preferred approach for therapeutic solutions. Inotiv has unlimited access to both the Washington University Human in Mouse (WHIM) breast cancer PDX models and the Wistar Institute's Wistar Melanoma (WM) PDX collection. These models consist of vials of tumor cells, in vivo propagation, non-viable analysis materials, and drug efficacy studies of high quality PDX models. Additionally, we are able to provide tumor model services utilizing cell line-derived xenografts (CDX) and syngeneic models.
