CREST poster

The use of anti-kinetochore (CREST; Calcinosis, Raynaud’s phenomenon, Esophageal motility abnormalities, Sclerodactyly and Telangiectasia) staining and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) with pancentromeric DNA probes to determine mode of action for micronucleus formation has increased in recent years. In this study, we look at different positive controls used for in vivo CREST analysis, with the end goal of establishing a positive control slide bank to be used for in vivo CREST studies.
